Terms
Terms of use
Draft — pending entity-specific legal approval. No legal entity has been formed, so these terms name no contracting party and are not a binding agreement. They describe how this website is intended to be used during development.
Informational purpose only
This website describes a property-financing platform that is under development. Nothing on it is an offer of credit, a commitment to lend, a pre-approval, a quote, or a promise that any service will become available.
Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, or the solicitation of an offer to buy, any security. Any future private investment would be made only through separate documents, and only where permitted by law.
No professional advice
Content here is general information, not legal, tax, accounting, investment or real-estate advice. Property purchase and cross-border lending decisions depend on facts we do not know. Engage your own Colombian and home-country advisers.
No compliance claim
No licenses, registrations or regulatory approvals have been obtained. No regulator has reviewed or approved this website, this venture or any future offering. A website cannot establish legal or regulatory compliance and this one does not attempt to.
Your use of the site
Use the inquiry form only to submit your own accurate information. Do not submit sensitive documents, other people's personal data, or automated or abusive traffic. We may rate-limit, refuse or remove submissions.
Portal accounts are personal. Do not share credentials. Access to any private area may be changed or withdrawn at any time during development.
Accuracy and availability
Content is provided as-is and may change without notice. Because the platform is in development, features may be incomplete, disabled or unavailable, and some described processes do not exist yet.
Intellectual property
The LoanColombia name, mark and site content belong to the venture's founders. Do not reproduce them in a way that suggests affiliation, endorsement or a lending relationship.
Changes and governing law
These draft terms will be replaced by counsel-approved terms naming the contracting entity, the governing law and the dispute-resolution process. Those items are deliberately left blank rather than invented.
