Our intent

LoanColombia is being built to make property financing in Colombia legible to people who do not live there. Buyers routinely describe the same problems: unclear requirements, documents in a language they do not read well, and no single party willing to explain the whole path from inquiry to registered title.

Our intent is to design a lending process that is bilingual by default, conservative in underwriting, and explicit about what is verified versus assumed. We would rather decline a file early than issue a number we cannot stand behind.

We are publishing this site during development so that prospective borrowers can start a conversation and tell us what the process actually needs to handle.

Where the venture stands today

  • No legal entity has been formed and no corporate name suffix or registration is claimed.
  • No lending licenses, authorizations or regulatory approvals have been obtained.
  • No capital has been raised and no loans have been originated, funded or serviced.
  • No office, mailing address, telephone number or named team is published, because none has been established for this venture.
