Privacy notice
Draft — pending entity-specific legal approval. A final notice requires a formed legal entity, a named data controller and counsel review under Colombian Ley 1581 de 2012 and applicable US law. This draft describes only what the current website actually does.
What this site collects
If you submit a preliminary inquiry, we store the fields you fill in: your name, email address, optional phone number, preferred language, country of residence, target city, approximate budget and loan need, intended property use, your message, and your consent choices.
We record a one-way hashed form of your network address for the sole purpose of limiting automated abuse of the inquiry form. We do not store your raw network address alongside your inquiry.
If you create a portal account, we store your email address, display name and language preference, and the records you or authorized staff create inside the portal.
What this site does not collect
This site does not accept identity documents, passports, national identification numbers, social security numbers, bank statements or tax returns. There is no public upload capability.
We do not sell personal information. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on these pages.
Why we use it
To reply to your inquiry, to maintain a record of consent, to operate portal accounts, and to protect the site from abuse. If you check the optional marketing box, we may also send occasional progress updates; you can ask us to stop at any time.
Storage, access and transfers
Data is stored in a managed cloud database with row-level access rules. Your inquiry is readable only by your own account and by authorized staff accounts. Portal records are scoped to the account that owns them.
Hosting and database infrastructure are located outside Colombia, which means an international transfer would occur. The lawful basis, transfer mechanism and retention schedule for that transfer must be confirmed by counsel before launch and are not finalized.
Retention
No final retention schedule has been adopted. Until one is approved, inquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond and to evidence consent, and are deleted on request where no legal obligation requires retention.
Your requests
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the information you submitted, or to withdraw consent. A dedicated privacy contact address will be published once the legal entity exists; until then, use the inquiry form to make a request and we will act on it.
We do not claim to have completed any privacy certification, registration or audit, and we do not claim compliance with any framework.
